LiteFlite® includes its own mission planning/scenario development capability or operates with other mission planning tools.  LiteFlite®’s built-in scenario planning and control executive, known as LiteFlite® Scenario and Environment Editor (LSEE) provides a user with the capability of completely describing a LiteFlite® training mission through a simple Graphical Interface.   Using LSEE, a user may define waypoints, follow paths, set up course rules, display danger areas such as SAM sites and No-Fly zones, and insert markers into the visual scene.  LSEE also includes current DAFIF airport data that allows the selection of airports and runways (complete with ILS data).  LSEE may also be used as an instructor station providing real-time moving map functionality, along with the capability of graphing student data and controlling exercise progression as shown below.
